What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Can I change my order?
We can modify your order only before it has been processed for shipping. Once your order status becomes:

- Shipped
- Delivered
